Overhead & Underground Metal Tank Cleaning Process Applicable for: Stainless steel, iron, or galvanized metal water tanks 1. Inspection & Safety Check We start by inspecting the tank for rust, leaks, or structural damage, ensuring all safety measures are in place before cleaning. 2. Draining the Tank All stored water is carefully drained using motorized pumps to avoid any spillage or wastage. 3. Sludge & Rust Removal Using scrapers and suction, we remove sludge, rust particles, and sediment from the tank bottom and corners. 4. High-Pressure Jet Cleaning We clean the internal metal surfaces using a high-pressure water jet to dislodge dirt, algae, and mineral deposits without damaging the tank’s metal. 5. Anti-bacterial & Anti-rust Treatment The tank is disinfected with food-grade chemicals. If needed, anti-rust solutions are applied to metal surfaces to prevent corrosion. 6. Vacuuming Dirty Water The contaminated water and debris are extracted using heavy-duty vacuum machines for a complete cleanout. 7. Final Rinse & Drying A clean water rinse ensures no chemical residue is left. The tank is then dried and left ready for fresh refilling.
